In this immersive experience, join a professional fisherman who will take you on an unforgettable adventure to the upper reaches of the Tweed River and Terranora Lakes to offer you a behind the scenes look at how mud crabs are caught, prepared and graded to be taken to market.
Enjoy locally sourced morning tea on the purpose-built vessel while taking in the scenery of the Tweed Valley – one of the most biodiverse regions in Australia.
The haul of mud crabs will be taken to Fin’s Restaurant where Steven Snow and his team will prepare your catch with the freshest seasonal ingredients sourced from the Northern Rivers served with a matching wine. “Snowy” will join your table to take you on a food journey of the regions produce and how it is prepared from the pot to plate.
