Farm Feast with Christine Manfield + Farm & Co

To celebrate Destination Tweed’s Artisan Food Weekend, Christine Manfield is cooking up a storm with the team at Farm & Co.

Now that Christine has relocated from Sydney to the coast, she has been inspired by the bounty, quality and connecting with community of her new home region.

With a sharp focus on relaxed cooking and bold flavours, with conversations and connection around food and its provenance, she has created a special lunch feast of shared plates using seasonal organic produce from the farm and nearby local artisan producers, showcasing the very best the Tweed Coast has to offer.

Your three-course long lunch will provide ample opportunity to take in the gorgeous surrounds at Farm & Co, whilst enjoying four carefully selected organic wines by Baume Fine Wines. Observe how Christine weaves local produce into the nine dishes, including ingredients from Tropical Fruit World, Wal Foster Natural Icecream, Woodland Valley Farm, Picone Exotic fruits, Tweed River organic pecans, Byron Bay Mozzarella Company, Cheeses Loves You, Grumpy Grandma’s olives, Byron Bay crackers, Salumi Australia Artisan Smallgoods, Fair Game Wild Venison, Pocket Herbs, The Chilli Chick and The Bread Social.

Baumé Fine Wines (“bo-may”) is owned and operated by Paul and Natalie Manthey and based in the Tweed. Established in 2017 as a wholesale wine distribution business and then commencing online wine retail thereafter, this dynamic couple have collaborated with Christine Manfield to present incredible matched wines at this year’s Tweed Artisan Food Weekend Farm Feast.
