Now that Christine has relocated from Sydney to the coast, she has been inspired by the bounty, quality and connecting with community of her new home region.
With a sharp focus on relaxed cooking and bold flavours, with conversations and connection around food and its provenance, she has created a special lunch feast of shared plates using seasonal organic produce from the farm and nearby local artisan producers, showcasing the very best the Tweed Coast has to offer.
