Native Food Degustation – 5 courses, starting in the garden finishing around the fire – first course in the garden with cocktail on arrival. Then head up stairs for a presentation and 3 courses includes 2 x matching organic wines and finishing with a herbaceous digestive around the fire pits in the garden.

Mavis goes Native with a 5-course degustation designed around native produce and sustainable proteins, presented by Chef Clive.

We will begin with gourmet damper and native cocktails in the garden before heading upstairs to the stunning verandahs overlooking the produce garden.

Our co-host for the night will deliver an informative presentation on the new focus for Wollumbin, Mount Warning – The past, The future, and the stories that make this such a sacred space. There is magic here! We can experience this magic through food, stories, and the amazing views that Mavis’ Kitchen calls home.

We will finish our dinner with a herbaceous digestive drink around the fire pit.
