Oaxaca meets the Tweed
March 11 @ 6:00 pm - 9:30 pm
$77
Join Chef Armando and his team as he pairs his love of his homeland with the incredible produce from the land he now calls home, the Tweed. Chef Armando draws much inspiration from his Grandmother’s traditional home cooking and the flavours of his home region in Mexico, Yucatan.
The Lolita’s opening night dinner for The Tweed Artisan Food Weekend, will start with a welcome drink for each guest followed by an introduction to Lolita’s Mexican Cantina by local Casuarina gal Kylie Mitchell-Smith. She will have a chance to quiz Chef Armando about his love of cooking, the inspiration of his Mexican roots, what brought him to the Tweed region and why he’s found his place at Lolitas. Dinner will follow with a sharing Mexican style feast, just like being around the family table.

The Tweed Artisan Food Weekend is a sponsored event of Tweed Shire Council
