We only use the best quality fresh Australian seafood in our kitchen, caught sustainably and delivered on the morning of your class.

MENU: Warm Seafood Scallops – Fresh Tasmanian scallops seared and served on a bed of Asian inspired salad with a spicy dressing.

Fish Curry – Australian sea perch cooked in a creamy coconut red curry sauce and served with steamed jasmine and wild rice.

Creme Caramel – Served with fresh blueberries, chocolate mint leaves and double cream.

On top of your menu that you will be cooking on the day, you will receive BONUS RECIPES in your recipe booklet to take home and create in your own kitchen, as well as a personalised CERTIFICATE, a WELCOME DRINK on arrival and a glass of Australian WINE (or BEER) served with your meal.
