Destination Tweed:2050 Collective is proud to partner with their newest member Fair Game Wild Venison in one spectacular afternoon!

The story of Fair Game Wild Venison is fascinating; supporting struggling farmers, relieving environmental stress and feeding people premium quality, exceptionally healthy, ethically harvested wild venison. Meet the local man behind the story, Jonas Widjaja, as you indulge in an exceptionally curated culinary afternoon.

The feast will be prepared by visiting game-meat specialist chef, Dariush Lolaiy (Cazador, NZ), in collaboration with the talented team at Mavis’s Kitchen. Dariush is in the Tweed to share recipes from his multi award winning restaurant, known for showcasing game cuisine to contemporary diners.

Mavis’s Kitchen will welcome us all with a Husk Distillers cocktail on arrival, then the menu will feature a range from Fair Game Wild Venison, produce from Mavis’s own garden, greens foraged onsite by Wilderway and a seasonal dessert.

Fill your belly with local and seasonal produce, uncover a culinary secret, and be entertained .. live music by local Tweed band Right Royals.
