This pasta class is hands-on and entertaining, full of tips and tricks and suitable for those new to pasta making.
We will be learning to make Gnocchi. You’ll be guided through step-by-step, using traditional techniques to produce light and fluffy Gnocchi.
We’ll teach you tips for working your dough and creating the best texture.
After all the hard work is done, you can sit back, relax and enjoy the sunset with an Aperol Spritz while we prepare a 2 course meal for you to enjoy using the pasta we created during the class.
Fees for classes must be paid in advance in order to secure your booking. Classes are only confirmed once full payment has been received. At this point, no refunds or transfers to another class can occur. Class sizes are limited to 8 persons so bookings are essential. No vegan diets, dairy intolerants or Gluten Free.
As no further reminder regarding class dates will be given, it is important to note the class dates.
Classes cannot be transferred nor money refunded, but you are welcome to send someone in your place if you are unable to attend your class.
In the unlikely event that a scheduled class does not reach minimum number of 6 or due to unforeseen exceptional circumstances, Woodland Valley reserves the right to change the date of the class or cancel. If that occurs, a refund will be given, if you purchased a space in the class.
